This virtual class will focus on basic movements to promote stability and equanimity. Offered with slow transitions between postures, this class requires a comfort with moving from the floor to standing without assistance. If available, bring blankets, blocks, straps or other tools to support your practice. New students are welcome.
Please register at least one hour prior to class time and a Zoom link will be sent to you via email. Please arrive between 8:45-9:00 to be sure your admitted from waiting room.
