ROBERTO PATELLA
Roberto’s relationship with yoga began more than twenty years ago, initially through the physicality of the practice and a curiosity about the sensations, intelligence, and possibilities of the body. Over time, that curiosity began to move inward.
Meditation entered his life in his late twenties, followed by a deeper exploration of breath, philosophy, and the subtler dimensions of yoga. By his mid-thirties, teaching became a natural extension of that inquiry—a way of sharing a practice that continues to evolve alongside his own experience.
His teaching is rooted primarily in Haṭha Yoga and Vinyasa Krama, with an emphasis on the relationship between breath, movement, attention, and energetic awareness. He has completed 300 hours of training in Haṭha and Vinyasa Krama and continues his study of Prana Vashya with Vinay Kumar. Prāṇāyāma and meditation have become increasingly central to both his personal practice and teaching.
His background in pedagogy, photography, and bodywork also informs his approach to yoga. Each has shaped his understanding of observation: how to look closely, how to listen, and how to recognize what is happening rather than imposing what should be happening.
Roberto is less interested in yoga as the pursuit of increasingly complex shapes than in what those shapes can reveal. The body becomes a place of inquiry—a way of exploring effort and surrender, stability and change, concentration and sensation.
His classes can be physically demanding, but intensity is never the destination. Movement, stillness, breath, and attention become different ways of approaching the same question: how fully can we inhabit our experience?
For Roberto, yoga remains exactly that—an ongoing exploration rather than something to master.
Description
A progressive, breath-led practice rooted in the principles of Vinyasa Krama — the intelligent sequencing of movement. Postures are introduced step by step, building from simple to more complex patterns, allowing the body to adapt and the nervous system to stay regulated throughout. The focus is on continuity, precision, and the relationship between breath and action. This is not a fast flow, but a deliberate one — where strength, mobility, and awareness develop through structure rather than force.

Description
A steady, grounded practice centered on alignment, stability, and the refinement of posture. Movements are slower and more deliberate, with time to organize the body, build strength, and understand each position from within. The breath supports the structure, rather than driving continuous flow. This practice develops resilience, awareness, and a deeper relationship to form.

LAURA LOBOZZO
Laura began practicing yoga in 2019, initially drawn to its physicality and soon becoming curious about everything that exists beyond it.
Movement has always been a big part of her life. A love of sport, being active and challenging herself naturally finds its way into both her own practice and the way she teaches.
Rooted in Vinyasa, her approach is dynamic, curious and often quite intense — something she happily blames on her Pitta nature. She enjoys creative sequencing, building strength and finding new ways to move through and understand the body, while keeping a sense of lightness and play along the way.
She practices and teaches Vinyasa Krama, where movement unfolds progressively and each posture prepares the body for what comes next. Her classes are strong and fluid, sometimes challenging, but never overly serious. There is space to sweat, explore, play, and enjoy the process — guided by her natural energy, curiosity and warmth.

I have dedicated my whole life to the research of Freedom. When I first approached Yoga in 2017, I did so in response to some chronical condition in my spine, which was causing me very severe pain…I showed up to stretch.
However, as soon as I left class, I understood that Yoga could have been THE “highway” towards that Freedom I was so hardly seeking for. Since then, I never stopped the practicing and studying, experimenting different approaches (Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Jivamukti, Kundalini, Yin), and deepening also meditation through Chinese Tea Ceremony. In 2020, in the midst of the pandemic, with my best friend, we found Sensual Freedom, a project with the objective of making us experience freedom, starting from our bodies, through the combination of different practices from yoga to meditation, tea ceremony & healing arts. The sense of teaching for me is very clear: leading my students through a process of self awareness, to make them realize that we are already Free.
Description
A steady, breath-led practice rooted in the principles of Haṭha Yoga. Postures are explored with time and attention, moving between moments of stillness and fluid transitions to allow the body to open, strengthen, and settle. The focus is on alignment, breath, and the quality of attention brought to each movement.
This is a grounded yet dynamic practice — where strength, mobility, and awareness develop through a balance of effort and ease.

Description
A progressive practice that integrates mindful movement and breath regulation. Through intelligently sequenced postures and structured breathing techniques, students develop strength, mobility, concentration, and a deeper sensitivity to the relationship between breath, body, and attention.
The movement practice prepares the body and nervous system for pranayama, while the breath practices cultivate clarity, steadiness, and awareness. The emphasis is not on intensity, but on refinement—learning to move and breathe with greater intelligence, efficiency, and ease.
Suitable for all levels, with options provided to meet practitioners where they are.

KASSANDRA FRUA DE ANGELI
Description
A focused exploration of breath as a tool for regulating the nervous system and refining attention. Through structured techniques, pauses, and observation, this practice develops sensitivity to internal rhythm and energy. The emphasis is not on intensity, but on clarity — learning how to influence the breath without force. Suitable for all levels. Can be practiced on its own or alongside movement-based classes.

PATRIZIA LAMPUGNANI
Sixteen years ago, I stepped onto a yoga mat — and I’ve never looked back since.
I built my path with patience and passion, through years of study and practice: from my first certification in 2013, to meeting Mark Kan, renowned Dharma Yoga teacher, whose guidance in 2021 opened an entirely new perspective on my practice. I later deepened this journey through advanced Pranayama studies, completing both Level I and II trainings, arriving where I am today with a path that continues to weave together method, breath, and movement in an ever more profound way.
Along this journey, I discovered Rocket Yoga — and that’s where I found my home. A practice that is dynamic, accessible, and deeply transformative all at once, which I have been teaching and continuing to study under the guidance of David Kyle since 2022.
Description
Rocket Yoga is a dynamic and transformative practice rooted in the Ashtanga Yoga tradition and developed by Larry Schultz in San Francisco during the 1980s. The name is no coincidence: Rocket is designed to lift you up and propel your practice forward faster than you might expect.
Compared to traditional Ashtanga, Rocket Yoga offers a more accessible and adaptable approach. While the sequences follow a structured framework, they are designed to meet the practitioner where they are, rather than requiring the body to conform to a rigid system. Strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination are cultivated together in a practice that is challenging, playful, and deeply rewarding.

ROBERTO BONANOMI
After a career in fashion, Roberto found his way into the holistic world, where Kundalini Yoga became a calling.
His path later led him to train as a counselor in Gestalt and bioenergetic approaches, deepening his understanding of the body as an essential part of personal growth.
For Roberto, the body is not something separate from our inner life. It is where we encounter ourselves.
Description
Kundalini Yoga is an ancient practice that combines movement, breath, mantra, and meditation to awaken vital energy, increase awareness, and promote balance between body, mind, and spirit. During the classes, it is requested to wear white clothing, to support a clear presence of mind and a sense of purity.

Description
An immersive sound experience using crystal bowls to guide the body into deep rest. Participants remain mostly still, allowing vibration and resonance to influence the nervous system. The experience is passive, yet deeply affecting — shifting attention away from doing and toward receiving. A space to reset, restore, and recalibrate.
