Alessandra Montana is an international Gong Master and sound artist with over 13 years of professional study in sound, gong and Sound Healing. Her work brings together tradition, intuition and a deeply personal approach to vibration, creating immersive experiences that invite rest, inner listening and expanded awareness. Since 2017, she has also led trainings in Sound Healing and Gong Mastery.

After living for 14 years in Tulum, where she directed the yoga studio at Hotel Sanará and created sound experiences across some of the region’s most recognized wellness spaces, Alessandra returned to Italy in 2025. Her work has been featured internationally, including in the New York Times, Yoga Journal USA and Vogue Italia, and has brought her into collaborations with artists including the Grateful Dead, Dave Matthews Band and Phish.

At SAHA, Alessandra guides experiences centered around sound, vibration and deep rest, using sound as a space for slowing down, listening and reconnecting with the body.
