Trained at Boston University and NYU, with 1200+ clinical hours at Montefiore Medical Center and IFM certification, her path started in conventional clinical care. Until her own mercury poisoning, missed for years, forced her to look beyond what she'd been taught.


That became her initiation into deeper healing: functional medicine, herbalism, TCM and work with indigenous plant medicine traditions, shaping her own approach The Sweep: healing through multidimensional nourishment.


She offers online healing specializing in detoxification, hormonal balance, gut health, nervous system regulation and frequency recalibration, and co-hosts NOURISH, worldwide women's healing retreats.
