Description

In this special class, we will focus on poses meant to help with sleep and relaxation, perfect for the evening. Using yoga props (blocks, bloster or simply a cushion and blankets), through passive stretching we will aim to release tensions in the muscles and connective tissue and through conscious breathing we will focus on letting go of tensions in the mind. There will be a gentle approach to the poses, held from 3 to 5 minutes, with variations and modifications to fit everyone's practice and maintain a soothing energy throughout the class.
