Yin is a calming restful deep practice where the poses are held for around 3 minutes. Working into the deep connective tissue, ligaments, tendons, bones and joints, yin is a perfect compliment to other more vigorous yoga and exercise.
Please bring a bolster and eye pillow if you have them.
