My Bio: Hi my name is Dani! I’m a 23 year old Florida native. I’ve been practicing yoga for about a year and it’s changed my life so much, I spent my summer in Costa Rica getting my 200hr teaching certification. Aside from doing yoga, I love spending time outside journaling and taking pictures. I look forward to moving with you!

Description

PranaVayu Yoga- ‘Prana’, ‘Energy’, ‘Chi’ or our ‘Vital Life Force’. Prana flows through these energetic currents in our bodies both physically and energetically. These channels travel predominantly through the movement of Wind or Vayu. There are five main Prana Vayus, five Sub-Vayus and many more that exist all around us.

This class will gently guide us through specific postures, breath techniques and repetitive movements to enhance the flow of Prana through these channels of Wind creating fluidity, stability, calmness and an inner strength. All levels of practitioners are welcome!
Low intensity and expect a lot of support.
