When I was younger, my love for fitness and health came naturally. For a long time, running was my go to for sweating and getting some cardio. I joined the cross country team in high school, and that is where I cultivated my passion for adventure combined with the peace and tranquility of the outdoors. As running started to wear on my body, I reconnected with yoga and found it to be invigorating and stimulating in ways that my body needed. I am from North Carolina and graduated with a bachelor's degree in Health Communication, which sparked my interest in health related conversations. I have been practicing yoga consistently for about 6 years now. With a passion for fitness and helping others, I completed my 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training through Urban Bliss Yoga School in 2020. Going through my teacher training was a life changing experience, and I am excited to continue growing in my yoga practice. My favorite style of yoga is vinyasa ashtanga, I enjoy connecting movement to the breath because it helps me stay present in my asanas and flow through them more naturally. I enjoy a slow, gentle flow and a deep stretch as well. For me, every time I step on my mat it is a reminder that I am a lot more physically and mentally stronger than I give myself credit for. My yoga practice brings me closer to myself and those around me, it serves me in so many positive ways and I hope to share that with all of my students.

This restorative class is Equal parts science and spirit.
This class has been curated and can be experienced as a practice of optimal well-being for the whole self. Combining the practices of Restorative/Yin Yoga and mindfulness meditation creates powerful possibilities for transformation and holistic healing on all layers of being—body, mind, and heart.
You’ll feel relaxed and confident after a guided meditation and a dash of sound therapy too.
This is the perfect perfect Sunday morning. ✔️
The full moon in February 2023 is a fairly harmonious and calm period. Although much depends on the inner mood, the ability to control oneself. If there are not enough bright emotions, there is a desire to shake things up a little, adventure will certainly be found. Events in your personal life will be especially exciting: emotions are off the charts, feelings are heightened to the limit. Quarrels, showdowns are strictly prohibited.
