Bio: I fell in love with yoga after my friend took me to my first class at Providence Power Yoga in Rhode Island. I quickly discovered many benefits it provided for me. Not only did I thoroughly enjoy the classes, but I had fun and felt great after. I found that yoga was one of the only things that could calm my racing mind and help me feel good both mentally and physically. I was inspired to start teaching classes of my own to help others feel uplifted and illuminated✨. I completed my 200 hour teacher training at Down Under School of Yoga in Boston, MA. I enjoy teaching both Vinyasa and Yin style yoga classes and I start every class with setting an intention. Through mindfulness and empowerment, I hope to help every student feel connected to their mind and body in a positive and healing way.
