This Twixmas class, in the liminal space between Christmas and New Year, is an invitation to come home to your Self. Wherever you are in the world, this class will help you to arrive more fully into your Self, harmonising mind, body and spirit. It will be a blend of gentle mindful movement (weaving together elements for qigong and yoga), followed by a self-enquiry meditation that will help you remember your essential nature. No previous experience in any modality is necessary, just an openness to connecting more deeply with your true Self.

This awakening flow class is the perfect way to start your day and will help you to feel invigorated and ready for your Friday.

The class has been designed to help wake up the body and mind and help you to cultivate an energy of focus and calm. It is flow-based with beautiful sequences and a combination of stretching and twisting to release tension and flowing sequences to bring a sense of movement and energy to the body.

This is a class for all abilities and everyone from experienced yogis to complete beginners are welcome. Full instruction is given for all postures and more advanced versions are available for those wanting to go deeper.
