Hello, I'm CT. Teaching has always been my passion as I enjoy sharing my knowledge on anything related to our wellbeing. Yoga started off to be a challenge for me, as it requires stillness and keeping a clear mind while being on the mat. Over the years, I've grown to enjoy the discipline of the sport as the benefits could be seen in my fitness routine and my mental health. Now I would take any chance to advocate about yoga, even if it's just 1 minute of breathing exercise! I often tell people that yoga is not just about arm balances or inversions; it is about connecting within yourself, moving your body and being present. So let's flow and unwind together.
Description
Candlelit Restorative Yoga is a gentle, healing practice designed to promote deep mental and physical relaxation by activating the parasympathetic nervous system. Using props such as blocks, bolsters, and blankets to fully support the body in simple, long-held poses, there is minimal physical effort and plenty of stillness. This practice is ideal for anyone wanting to unwind after a busy day, ease stress or anxiety, support pain management, and nurture overall well-being.
