About Second Side Yoga

Hello! We're happy you're here.

At Second Side, we like to keep things simple. Less talking, more yoga.

Before you arrive, please book yourself into class:

Please bring your mat and towel and arrive at least five minutes before class so we can all get settled in and start on time. If you'd like to arrive earlier, a teacher will be at the studio 30 minutes prior to class to welcome you (and probably a few yogis too).

All flows are heated, so prepare to sweat. There is a place to fill up your water bottle.

Blocks and straps are available to assist your practice if you would like.

Our parking lot is small, but there is ample (and free) street parking all around the studio.
