Description

In this class, yogis move slowly and mindfully through a creative sequence, establishing a rhythmic connection between breath and movement. Variations are offered in each pose so that yogis can calibrate the depth and intensity of the flow to their needs. Special emphasis is placed on breathwork and on finding stillness of body and mind in each posture. All levels welcome.
