Second Side Yoga
Description
Hatha inspired warm up to prep the body for a mix of YIN (passive) and Yang (active) asanas for longer hold times. Class will usually lead up to one or two peak poses with room for 5-10minute holds. All levels welcomed, and modifications available. Props available at the studio include: blankets, straps, and blocks. Feel free to bring any other props you like to support your practice.
