Description
We will begin with a yin yoga session, targeting our deeper connective tissues - fascial networks, joints, and ligaments. This is a passive practice that encourages mindful movement and deep breathing - connecting the mind and body, while calming the nervous system. The sequence will include relaxed + grounded poses, each held for 2-8 minutes at a time.
Following the yin session - once we enter our restorative pose of śavāsana, you will be guided through a short meditation that will lead into a Sound Bath. Utilizing a variety of tranquil instruments, you will be bathed in vibrational frequencies, further calming the mind and body at a cellular level.
