Description

This beginner-friendly moderately-paced class introduces the fundamental principles of Vinyasa flow yoga where one links breath and movement.

With emphasis on developing a strong foundation and understanding of the fundamental postures and breathwork, the sequences with various postures are threaded together in a logical manner like a story telling. 

Practiced in a nurturing smaller class setting, you will not only develop confidence, physical strength and flexibility, but also a sense of belonging. 90 degree-warm & moderate humidity. Suitable for newer yogis as well as experienced.
