Description
Join us for an energetic fun class focused on fluid movement. Practiced in a heated room. Students are guided from one pose to the next with intentional ques to maximise muscle engagement, correct alignment and a constant focus to encourage the link between breath and movement.
Always an all levels flow, options to modify or advance postures will be offered throughout the class creating an opportunity to find balance, improve strength, endurance and flexibility throughout your practice.
