This intermediate, faster-paced class builds upon the basics and introduces more challenging poses, longer sequences, and creative transitions.
You will experience dynamic and invigorating sessions with advanced asanas, arm balances, inversions, and backbends. Vinyasa II will help you refine alignment, heighten your body awareness, and deepen the connection of breath to movement.
You will be inspired to explore your edge, take your practice to the next level, and experience a greater sense of strength, focus, and vitality. 90 degree-warm & moderate humidity. Open to all levels but previous yoga experience recommended.
