Second Side Yoga
Description
Time to slow the mind and body down with a restorative practice of yin yoga.
Deep stretch poses with longer holds to allow the benefits of the practice to move beyond the larger muscles into connective tissues and Fascia. Providing a longer lasting effect on overall body mobility and flexability.
The practice will close with yoga nidra, sound or meditation to restore the mind and spirit as well as the body.
This class will be taught by Gillian and Jeff on a weekly alternating schedule.
