Description
Yin yoga consists of a series of long-held (3 - 5 minutes) passive floor-based poses. It mainly works the lower part of the body, the lower spine, hips, pelvis, and inner thighs. Benefits include improved flexibility, joint mobility, and helps reduce stress and anxiety. Great if you have tightness or tension in the body or if you’re an athlete. This class is suitable for all levels.
