Please note our usual beach yoga session has been moved to Booley Bay Beach this week only (August 16th) due to the Tri-the-Hook triathlon.

This session is suitable for all levels including beginners. Just register yourself and grab a mat. And bring swim gear if you would like to take a dip in the sea afterwards. All beach yoga classes are subject to the weather. Registration essential in case of last minute changes. €10 per class - revolut or cash on the day.
