Perfect was to end the week with a calming Yin Yoga class, followed by a deeply restorative Sound Bath.
In the Yin class, you’ll move through slow, gentle stretches designed to release deep-seated tension and improve flexibility. The held poses will help you relax, ground yourself, and create a sense of mindfulness as you connect with your breath and body.
Raj will be our guest breathwork practitioner on the night & will lead us through a deeply
energising & releasing practice.
Afterward, let yourself fully unwind with a relaxing Sound Bath. You’ll be immersed in the soothing vibrations, as you are guided through a meditation to bring you into a deeply peaceful state. The healing sounds help clear mental clutter, reduce stress, and promote emotional and physical healing, leaving you feeling balanced and rejuvenated. Jan Keating will be my guide & will be playing the indian flute, which is really beautiful.
No experience of yoga or sound baths are necessary—just bring an open heart and a desire to relax and unwind.
