As Mums ourselves we know how challenging it can be to get a few minutes to yourself in a day, let alone fit in a workout!

We want to make workouts accessible for you, to break up your day and give you a chance to socialise and your little one(s) too.

We will have a kids corner set up with toys and you're welcome to bring along a pram, toys, snacks etc anything that might help keep them entertained. Babies or toddlers, all kids are welcome just know that we won't have a babysitter.

Pilates is a great form of post-natal exercise, please just ensure you have had the all clear by your GP to return to exercise.

This yoga class leads you through a series of postures that balance strength and flexibility. You will maintain focus on alignment and awareness of your breath.

This class is focused on post-natal suitable Pilates for new mums. Bring along your baby and do some Pilates, you will feel good after I promise!

You're welcome to bring your pram, bouncer, play mat - anything that might make your baby more comfortable.
