Karlijn started yoga 12 years ago and teaches yin, gentle flow and vinyasa at Be.you.tiful by Sevi Studio. Her yoga is accessible to beginners as well as yogi's with experiences. The classes help you to get into your body, be playful, and get healthy all at the same time. Karlijn works with clear cues to help you get into poses in a safe and aligned way, making it accessible also to older people and people that have just started yoga.

Description

This class combines best of both worlds: we start with 30 minutes of movement in a vinyasa flow, and finish with 30 minutes of stillness in yin poses. Vinyasa is a dynamic yoga style that synchronises breath and movement. This brings together awareness, alignment, strength, and flexibility. Yin is a calmer for of yoga in which we stay in poses for 3-5 minutes, allowing your body to relax and get more flexible.

The temperature of the room is about 25 degrees, creating warmth for your body and muscles.
