Karlijn started yoga 12 years ago and teaches yin, gentle flow and vinyasa at Be.you.tiful by Sevi Studio. Her yoga is accessible to beginners as well as yogi's with experiences. The classes help you to get into your body, be playful, and get healthy all at the same time. Karlijn works with clear cues to help you get into poses in a safe and aligned way, making it accessible also to older people and people that have just started yoga.
Description
Core Strength Vinyasa combines movements of vinyasa yoga and mat pilates. It’s a stronger form of yoga practice to get into your body, challenge yourself, empty your mind and build a strong core. This class is accessible to beginner and advanced students, and always offers different levels so everybody can level up or level down as they want to.
