This is a slow, meditative, floor based yoga to help improve flexibility in the body and peace in the mind. Poses are generally held for 2-5 minutes.

This class is a relaxing, restorative yoga where we stay on the floor. We stretch, hold poses, relax and tune in to the breath.
You will leave feeling relaxed, refreshed and rejuvenated.
