Vinyasa Flow Class Suited to all levels and abilities.

This mixed-level Vinyasa Flow class integrates breath and movement for a balanced practice. Beginning with pranayama (breathwork) to center the mind, the class moves through a dynamic sequence of flowing postures, offering modifications for all levels. Strength, flexibility, and mindfulness are emphasized as students transition smoothly between poses, guided by the breath. The practice concludes with Savasana, a deep relaxation to integrate the benefits of movement and breath, leaving students feeling refreshed and restored.
