This welcoming, all-levels class is designed for both new and experienced students. Together, we’ll explore foundational poses, gentle flows, and breathwork to build strength, balance, and awareness. Each week we’ll revisit the basics while gradually layering in new movements, helping you grow your practice at a comfortable pace. Come as you are, everyone is welcome.
