Description

A beginner-friendly Vinyasa class designed to introduce the foundations of yoga in a supportive, approachable way. Classes focus on gentle breathwork, mindful movement, and proper alignment, with simple flows that link breath to movement. Poses and sequences gradually build week by week, helping students develop strength, flexibility, and confidence at a comfortable pace. No prior yoga experience is needed.
