This is an all levels workshop and will touch on many aspects of Yoga, philosophy, breath work, meditation and the physical poses. We will be working on safely building core strength. With the use of props (which we have at the studio, best to bring your own mat) adaptions can be made for each individual depending on physical limitations and needs, such as for your knees, hips, shoulder ect. No Yoga experience necessary, everyone will be guided step by step.
