A deeply relaxing class to help you balance your mind and body mid-week. Yin yoga works on the connective tissue as poses are generally held for 2 to 5 minutes which allows the tissue to relax and release while Restorative yoga is all about supporting and nurturing the body in the poses, as it allows tension to float away.
