This special class leads into our community get together.
The Yin/Yang Yoga practice is a balanced practice, incorporating both passive and active yoga elements, it draws harmony to the body, mind, and the nervous system. Yin involves passively holding yoga poses to help release tension, build mobility, and increase circulation, while the yang portion, will include a yoga flow.
Come for the class and stay to get to know our wonderful community over a glass of wine, beer, juice, or tea. Finger food will be provided. Please book Flow and Sip separately for catering purposes.
