In addition to her yoga practice, Kammy is deeply passionate about aerial arts 🧚🏻, her aerial practice has deepen her sense of stability, precision, and fluidity in movement which has empowered her practice on the mat. Her yoga classes emphasise meticulous attention to detail in each pose, proper muscle engagement 💪🏼. Yoga for Legs and Hips 下身伸展及強化
A practice designed (but not limited) for runners and hikers, this class offers a targeted series of movements to release tension, improve flexibility, and build strength in the lower body. Core exercises may also be incorporated to enhance physical stability and overall alignment. Focusing on opening the hips, lengthening the hamstrings, and strengthening the legs, this practice promotes balance, mobility, and ease in your daily movements, helping you move with greater confidence and grace.
此練習促進身體平衡及活動能力,這堂課專為(但不限於)跑步者和行山者設計,透過一系列針對性的動作來釋放壓力、提升靈活性並增強下半身的力量。課程中也可能包含核心訓練,以增強身體的穩定性與整體協調性。重點在於打開髖部、伸展及強化雙腿。
