Kammy started her Yoga journey in 2010. She holds a degree in Biology from HKUST, giving her a solid understanding of human anatomy🦴 and physiological systems.

In addition to her yoga practice, Kammy is deeply passionate about aerial arts 🧚🏻, her aerial practice has deepen her sense of stability, precision, and fluidity in movement which has empowered her practice on the mat.

Her yoga classes emphasise meticulous attention to detail in each pose, proper muscle engagement 💪🏼. Her clear, precise instructions help students refine their practice✨.
