Sarah discovered yoga in 2015, drawn to its profound ability to cultivate tranquility, balance, and joy in both body and mind. Rooted in Hatha yoga, her practice emphasizes the harmonious integration of yin and yang—on the mat and in everyday life. This philosophy extends to her teaching, where she tailors each session to individual needs, guiding students toward greater ease, lightness, and well-being. For Sarah, yoga is a journey of self-discovery. She honors each student’s unique path, meeting them wherever they are with warmth and humility. Her classes are an invitation to explore, connect, and share in the transformative power of yoga—together.

Description

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced, meditative practice that focuses on deep stretching and relaxation. By holding poses for extended periods, this practice targets the connective tissues, promoting flexibility, releasing tension, and encouraging a sense of inner calm and balance.
