Kelly’s yoga journey began over a decade ago, leading to the completion of her teacher training in 2018. Through years of practice, she discovered that yoga is more than movement—it is a multidimensional experience that deepens the connection between mind and body.
With a background in corporate environments, Kelly has led onsite mindfulness and yoga sessions for organizations across Hong Kong, helping professionals integrate wellness into their daily lives. Her lifelong passion for creativity and self-expression, shaped by her arts degree from UAL, allows her to approach yoga as an art form—fluid, intuitive, and transformative.
Kelly’s goal is to inspire students to embrace yoga as a pathway to self-discovery, expression, and presence. Through mindfulness and movement, she encourages exploration of life’s essence—cultivating creativity, awareness, and a deeper connection to oneself.
