Yoga Mixed Level is a medium intensity class where we will explore the world of yoga, we will go deeper in the asana and learn breathing techniques. The class is mixture of more intense practice, new techniques and deep relaxation.
Includes multitude of asana, holds and relaxation. Suitable for anyone already practicing yoga.
