Mixed Level is a medium- to high-intensity class for students with an established yoga practice who are ready to deepen their understanding of yoga and refine their technique.
We will explore a wide range of asanas in greater depth, focusing on alignment, body awareness, and the development of strength, mobility, and balance.

The class combines dynamic and challenging sequences with the introduction of new techniques, breathwork (pranayama), and deep relaxation, offering a comprehensive and rewarding practice. Expect a variety of postures, longer holds, and opportunities to expand your skills while cultivating focus and mindfulness.

Suitable for anyone with previous yoga experience who enjoys an engaging and progressive practice.
