You’re welcome to arrive at the studio up to 15 minutes before class begins—this is a great moment to settle in and have a chat with the teacher. If you have any injuries, medical conditions, are pregnant or in the early postpartum period, or simply feel there’s something important to share, this time allows for that.
Mats and props are provided, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
For Restorative Yoga, we also recommend bringing an eye pillow or a small towel, cloth, or scarf for extra comfort.
Each session is guided with compassion, creating a safe environment where you are free to move (and or rest) at your own pace. No previous experience is needed. Just come as you are.
