Olivia Greenwood
Hi! I’m Olivia, and I teach both modern Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga.
I first began practicing yoga as a way to unwind, move my body, and to find a sense of balance. It quickly grew from a physical practice to one which was mental, emotional, and spiritual.
As I saw the effects within other areas of my life, I decided I wanted to deepen my practice further. I was inspired, as a student, by my teachers to become a teacher as a way to share my love of yoga with others.
I love how yoga builds connection and community, and I’m so excited to meet everyone at SOSA
Description
This Yin Yoga class is a gentle, meditative practice designed to help you slow down, soften, and reconnect with your body. Postures are held for longer periods, allowing you to gently target the deeper connective tissues, joints, and fascia while encouraging stillness and mindfulness.
Expect a calm, supportive atmosphere with plenty of options and props to help you settle into each pose comfortably. Breath awareness and moments of quiet reflection are woven throughout the class, helping to release tension, reduce stress, and restore balance to both body and mind.
Suitable for all levels, this class is ideal if you’re feeling tired, overwhelmed, or simply in need of deep rest and grounding.
