Tammie Foster
Tammie's yoga journey began in 2015, and since then has trained in Ashtanga Vinyasa, Rocket®️, and Vinyasa Flow, now teaching across the North East. Tammies classes are playful, creative, and empowering—blending strength, mobility, breathwork, and meditation. Alongside yoga, Tammie also teach Pilates and Barre, offering dynamic, supportive sessions that encourage exploration, expression, and growth physically, mentally, and emotionally.
