This is a rest and digest class focusing on breathing and letting go. All levels are welcome! Props are highly recommended and poses are held for up to 10 minutes each. Props may include yoga blocks, blankets, bolsters or pillows, and yoga straps. Please select either the $10.00 class pass, $45.00 5 class pass, or $90.00 10 class pass to register.
