This is a gentle morning flow to awaken the body and refresh after a long week. All levels welcome!. Crystal Healing may be incorporated at the end of class. Please select either the $7.00 class pass, $30.00 5 class pass, or $50.00 10 class pass to register. For more details visit www.soulestialconnection.com Classes will be held via google hangout. Link will be emailed 30 minutes prior to class. I ask you join 3-5 minutes before class because I will have to accept your request into the class.
