Angel Cheung

Angel has loved yoga since her 20s, seeing it as more than just physical fitness. For her, yoga is a journey of self-discovery— a way to better understand her thoughts, and inner self, while cultivating balance between the yin and yang— stillness and movement, effort and ease.

Angel has a deep love for nature, which she sees as a source of infinite light and love. The warmth of sunlight, the rustle of leaves, remind her to stay present and connected.

In 2018, a solo trip to Nepal transformed her perspective, deepening her understanding of yoga’s ancient philosophy. She realized that yoga is not about controlling emotions or life’s uncertainties, but about embracing them with mindfulness and grace.

"Yoga and nature have taught me to observe and accept myself as I am. Through life’s ups and downs, balance can be found in opposites—a flower, a breeze, or even a cup of tea can remind us to stay present, connected, and at peace."

Angel’s teaching welcomes everyone, regardless of body type or experience. She guides her students to use yoga as a tool to connect with themselves, embrace life’s journey, and discover the light and love that exist both within and around us.
