In each class, I invite you to practice with true awareness—to savor each moment and every detail. Yoga with me is an exploration, guiding you toward greater well-being both physically and mentally.
You don’t need to be ‘better’ than anyone else. Here, you’re free to discover and celebrate your unique self. Personal growth, health, and happiness blossom when you honor your own journey.

"我一開始練習瑜伽很簡單,純粹當瑜伽是一項運動,想身體健康一點。經過這些年練習的旅程,我發現瑜伽的美好不限於式子練習,更多還有呼吸法,正念和其他背後的哲學。

我著重練習中帶著覺察和注重細節,我希望透過瑜珈,幫助大家了解自己不止身體層面,還有心靈上的探索,從而令身心更健康及成長。我相信我們都不需要比起別人做得”好",每個人都是獨一無二的。
