Description

Flowing breath to movement this class will be a slow flow with full body stretches, where we will get the kinks out the shoulders, hips and legs. The goal of the class is to release some tension and stress in the mind and the body- hope you enjoy the class!

Class is open to all levels and is beginner friendly
