Come take an open level vinyasa yoga class in the fresh air!

COVID guidelines observed. Pre-registration is required. If there are less than 2 students signed up by 7am the day of class, the class will be canceled. If there is inclement weather, the class will also be canceled. Notices will be posted on my website and social media pages as well as the newsletter.

* Bring your mat, water bottle and face towel.
* Socially distance (6 ft)
* Masks must be worn but can be removed while class is in session and you are on your mat
* Pre-registration is required
* Weather permitting
