Description
A full length, live yoga class in the comfort of your own home. Hatha yoga is a style of yoga where we focus on the breath and the alignment within the asanas (poses). We may not move as quickly as other styles of yoga but we build strength and deepen the breath. This is a great class for newcomers and seasoned yogis alike. Different variations of poses are offered to allow you to meet yourself where you are right now. Wear something that you can move in and I will see you on the mat! Stephanie
