Join me from wherever you wish to practice. This one hour class begins with pranayama (breathwork) and eases into asana (yoga postures) with a focus on the breath and the alignment of the body in the pose in order to build strength and flexibility. I aim to provide different options for different bodies so that you can move in a way that feels good.

You are welcome to practice with or without your webcam on. Please arrive 5 minutes early so I can ensure all students are admitted to the class on time. Don't forget to book on to next week if you are returning!

Join me for a 70 minute class suitable for many. Hatha is a style of yoga where we focus on the breath and the alignment of the body in the asana (yoga poses), therefore it is great for students with or without experience of yoga!

I aim to teach several options for more complex positions so that you can find what suits your body. We build strength, flexibility, and deepen the breath.

Wear whatever you can move in comfortably and I can provide mats, blocks and straps but you are most welcome to bring your own if you have it and would prefer.

Please ensure you arrive on time, so as to prevent disrupting the other students and the flow of the class.
