Join me for some Monday yoga to start the week with deep breaths and strong movement. In Hatha yoga, we focus on the alignment of the body in the pose and take time to focus on our breathing so that we can build strength and flexibility. I give multiple options for some poses so that students can take what they need from the class, whether they're new to yoga or a seasoned yogi.
